I love to roast veggies. You get a good portion for minimal calories. I usually do zucchini and squash and sprinkle them with Cajun seasoning. They get crispy and almost "chip-like". YUM. Also, using a low calorie tortilla as chips... slice it with a pizza cutter, sprinkle with spices, bake and dip hummus or salsa... soooo…

There's a spray dressing (I think it's Wishbone) that is delicious. It's 1 calorie per spray and it comes in Italian, Ranch, Basalmic, and Raspberry flavors.

My ex actually likes "bigger" girls. I was 160 when I met him and gained 30 lbs in 4 months. He never wanted me to go to the gym because he was insanely jealous (not to mention verbally and physically abusive). So I'm just happy to focus on me, because I hate being heavy and I want to be what I think is hot again! :smile:

I was super scared to get on the scale after overindulging Christmas Eve & Christmas... ate "normal" yesterday and drank a boatload of water to flush all the sodium out of my system and didn't gain a freaking pound! I was stoked this morning! :)

I am still so insecure, I avoid eye contact with anyone... I just focus on my workout. I've been told by former boyfriends that I "look mean" before they actually talked to me... I guess it's a defense mechanism. Need to work on my confidence :/

Coffee-Mate just came out with sugar free Peppermint Mocha creamer... so I use 4 tablespoons of that and a little Splenda for about 60 calories. Delish!

I am so glad I ran across this thread. I am prone to depression, but it's always really bad in the winter. On top of being gray and dreary, it's raining today. :( Makes me feel better to know I'm not the only one. I'm going to start taking Vitamin D tonight, tho. Maybe it'll help. xo
