I prefer to do my workouts in the morning but my daughter gets fussy in the daycare at the gym and I don't want to have to cut my workout short, so sometimes I have to do my workouts at night. My problem is, after I workout, my adrenaline is rushing and I can't go to sleep. Any suggestions?
