So I'm almost to the 10 lb mark (been at it for a month) and nobody can really tell I'm losing weight. It discouraged me for a bit until I saw this. Happy New Year, everyone.

    Thanks soo much for posting this , ive lost about 11lbs and noone has noticed anything and i was feeling a little down and this just gave me the pep i needed x this is why i love MFP xx
