Thanks for the support. I am jogging a little to test it and so far so good. Since I am pretty much power walking, it takes more time up to get any miles done. But atleast I am able to do some. Keep yours up! you are doing fantastic!

Calf still holding but not healed.

I am sticking with 100 mile run for the month and not get injured. Got pass that stage first before raising it. Good luck to all and stay safe doing that thang you do!:drinker:

Did 52 miles including injury so add 285.0 miles as group Group list - Miles completed in Feb 2012 Healthrider11 - 127.5 miles bert16 - 105.5 miles (group total so far: 233.0 miles) RudyND- 52 miles !group total so far 285.0 miles) I guess I did not do that right...lol

did 45 mins this morning and injured calf! Total of 150 mins in 3 days

Ran 40 mins tonight. Had to cut short. Family is over. Did lose 2.5 more lbs this week though.

Been out for a week due to calf injury. Still tender but did do 2 miles power walking to test it. Its going to be ok. Way behind on 100 miles this month but will make the best of it.
