You look wonderful. Your tummy looks sooo much smaller.

You look great! You don't even look like the same person. The thing that I always find striking about these before and after pictures is how much better everyone's complexion looks! I know that the body change will be wonderful, but truly eating well shows in the skin too.

You are doing great! Your face looks much thinner!

You could get poached eggs and dry toast. That is kind of 'Eggs Benedict like'. I really dig hash browns though, so I would skip the toast and have them. You could have an egg white omelet with veggies (no cheese). Breakfast can be a hard dieting choice at restaurants.

Congratulations! I cannot wait to get to 159 too! I'm sitting at 160.3, but I will join you soon!

You should have said, "Yeah, I'm going to the gym to firm it all up for my next man".

Do you think he might be feeling insecure about you changing? I'm sure he wants you to be happy and wouldn't try to sabotage you out of bitterness or malice. It seems when people do sabotage a loved one's weight loss, it's not out of cruelty, but out of fear and insecurity on how the relationship might change. If you do…

You look great! In addition to your weight loss, your skin looks clear and Work!!

You look at least 10 years younger than your actual age! You look wonderful!

You should make the Weight Watchers Chocolate Haystacks (google it for the recipe). It's extremely easy, and satisfies that chocolate/crunchy desire.

I agree! It's amazing to see the difference that quality foods make in our entire appearance, not just our weight. She does look gorgeous... job well done!

It is much, much worse on other forums. On some of the WW forums, the members seem to be looking for a fight to pick and a victim to bully. I haven't noticed it here really. Everyone seems so friendly and supportive. I also like that this site has a lot of non-US members on it (I'm in the US, but it's cool to see how…

It seems like MFP sets the calories burned per excerise too high. That is why I'm afraid to eat those excercise calories. Does anyone else feel that MFP thinks you burn more calories than you actually do?

You honestly don't look like the same person. Congratulations!!!

I loved WW. I lost 20 lbs on WW before I had my second child. He is now three and I've tried WW again a few times. However, I haven't been able to lose the weight for some reason. This is honestly easier and it's free. I would rather spend the $52 a month on a gym membership.

I can't imagine how difficult it was to end your marriage, when you are pregnant and feeling so vulnerable. I wish you every blessing in your walk. Thank you for sharing your story!

Are you supposed to eat all your excercise calories? I thought you had to eat your basic 1200 alloted calories, and then you could eat the excercise calories, but that it was't required.

You look fabulous! Congratulations!

Don't give up on yourself. Don't give up! Look at this way, say you don't lose the entire 100 lbs until next April. Next April is going to come: where do you want to be when it arrives? I'm not saying that it will take 10 months to lose 100 pounds, but it could. Where will you be next May if you do give up? If you throw in…
