I know that alcohol is not the best caloric choice, but it is the season for cookouts and parties. I have noticed that beer is a horrible choice for me, as I seem to gain more weight or become bloated after just a few beers. What cocktail do you enjoy that doesn't wreck havoc on your diet?
One thing that I've noticed about the before and after pictures is how poorly we take care of ourselves when we are 'our fatter selves'. Don't ever eat this salad! I went with my friend for lunch and made the horrible mistake of ordering before I checked their calorie count online. That salad has... 999 Calories!!! I could have probably had anything else on the menu for less calories!
