I am doing it for PS3 right now. I would recommend it. You get a great workout and it starts gradually, at your pace. There are two different trainers. I've done training with the guy and he was fun. I tried it last night for the PS3. It worked my butt off. I cannot say that I completely loved it, but I'm going to tyr it for the 30 day challenge. I did the work out with the man. Today I'm going to try working out with the female trainer and see how it goes.
