You can try punchfork.com. It will allow you to search by ingredient or you can do a vegetarian search. I have found some great recipes on that site.

I do lunches that I can make on the weekend ahead of time. I pre-make salads with all the good veggies you like and use the Bolthouse dressing (they are yogurt or olive oil based and pretty good).
