Peanut M&M's, the issue is that I subconsciously tell myself that they're practically healthy since I'm eating nuts . . . Regular M&Ms I'd no problem telling myself is junk food and could stay away from.

Remember, not all sugar gives you the same nutritional bang for your buck nor will 'spike' your insulin the same way. Sugar from fruit comes with fibre, which slows stomach emptying and hence slows absorption of sugar into your blood stream which hence prevents as large of a spike as, say, a rice cake (which has no fibre).…

Thanks! Vega makes 3 types of protein powder: vega one, vega sport performance, vegan protein smoothie. Anyone know if they more or less taste the same?

Oh my goodness we're so similar. I'm 5'6.5" and started at 137, now 132 and would like to be 125-130lbs. I looked skeletal skinny fat (skinny without a nice stomach) at low 120s as well. Can't wait to tone up!
