Ok, I think I have the calories set correctly but I have a question. Do I enter my exercise calories when I work out? I usually burn 350-500 calories when I work out. If I add them, the green number gets larger (obviously).

Started my first fast last night at 6:00pm. I told myself I'd start with a 20 hour fast for the first one so I've only got 1.5 hours left. It's only skipping breakfast and having a late lunch, really. I can do that!

I'm curious how this works at dinner time when the rest of the family is eating (the dinner that I would make them). Do you sit at the table with a cup of tea? If my husband wasn't home, it wouldn't be a big deal to not eat while the kids are eating but when he is, it seems like it would be a little odd.
