It's because my house mate leaves at 5am and if he doesn't wake me up, I won't wake up till lunch time. Plus, I need to have an antihistamine one hour before before I do exercise and I am seeing a personal trainer at 7a tomorrow YAYAYAYAY

I try to space things out in the time I am awake. I wake u at 12-ish everyday, But starting tomorrow I am waking up at 5am :)

A nude photo shoot to feel amazing about myself. A makeover (hair, nails, dye, everything) Clothes because mine will be too big. My first ever bikini. And I'm sure I'll find more to add ahaha!!

Never said you couldn't. Things that require quite a lot of effort is okay, but putting out the trash and logging one or two minutes isn't IMO.

If the persons daily activity isn't sedentary then it isn't sedentary. That would be their fault for logging it wrong

Once again I was only questioning, and like I have said over and over it is basically cheating because mfc already takes the day to day daily things into consideration.

I never said it upset me, people can do as they please I was just questioning it because the light things you do daily is already taken into consideration by MFC already.

I am not judging, I just don't understand why people log such things when mfp takes that into consideration already. I do understand people that mow lawns for quite a while but logging such things like minor things that are daily is considered cheating to an extent because mfc has already calculated that.

Actually the weight watchers tuna (which is identical as normal spring water tuna) was actually cheaper and the weight watchers fruit tub was on special. I don't see your point..

The food that I am eating right now (said above) is what I normally eat, it's not diet food for me but regular food. (I went through a tough time and ate take away all the time for ages that's why I need to get back on track)

The only difference is that I exercised instead of sitting on my bum aha.

4 or 5 times a week, walking, jogging, breast stroke, starting at a gym soon and classes :)
