Every clothing manufacturer has a demographic and "fit models" they use for their clothes. Certain mainstream stores like Walmart or even Victoria's Secret use larger fit models. Upscale designers will always use smaller or more true to size fit models.

Change something! :) Change an aspect of your diet. Try to go vegan for a week, or even juice fast. And/Or change what kind of exercise you're doing, the intensity, add in a new activity, change the frequency of exercises, try splitting up your workout into two segments a day. Frame and muscle mass clearly vary widely in people of the same height so blanket statements like that are invalid. At 100 lb I was muscular but still had quite a bit of extra fat and most certainly was not 'too thin'. There is no set number for everyone.

I am a petite 5'2" (small frame) and I looked my best at 95lbs (thank you Bikram!). I'd like to be in that range again, I gained a few pounds when I took a hiatus from working out from August-December 2012. Doing a lot of strength training to rebuild muscle.
