Well, while falling off the bandwagon can suck and leave you feeling discouraged, the best thing to do is to shake it off and hop right back on.

Thanks for the tips! (And thanks to those who don't think I'm entirely nutty)
-
Thank you. You beat me to it.
-
it's all relative to where you live. For me and where I live, 68 is warm. I've never been anywhere warmer.
-
It's super warm for me. I live on the East Coast of Canada. I do not do well with the heat.
-
Oh yes, it's super warm. There is also a lot of humidity which doesn't help matters.
-
Humidex is a huge factor where I am as well. Today it is 25*C, but will feel like 31!

When I was a size 10 I weighed about 150lbs.

If it's similar to atkins in that she was eating a lot of meat and veggies then I imagine it would have similar benefits and risks.
-
don't worry, the phrase makes sense. :) I also recognize the phrase in french

I don't find this snarky or rude in the slightest. I'm trying to find out if option 2 is a possibility or to rule out before I lay any blame solely on option 1. Even so, I don't think I'd be able to gain this much weight, this quickly.

I never got a real answer as to why my iron was low. I was eating enough of it at that point. The answer I got was "it's common in young women." I currently supplement my iron on doctors orders and have to for the next 6 months.

I just had a blood test last week or the week before. It was rather recent.
-
thanks for the links, I'll check them out.

I was possibly too strict originally. I'm trying to find a happy-medium. When the health problems started, and before I diagnosis. I ate to give myself more "energy" which is how I gained about 10lbs. I didn't know why I was so zonked all the time. I'm still often tired a lot but I do get a lot more done now than I used…

They've been testing me for it for years and I always come back within "normal" range. Or whatever that means.

When I first started losing weight I usually aimed for 1300-1400. I did that from december 2010- december 2011. I ended up weighing 146lbs and I tried upping my calories to slow down weight loss. Then, health problems (iron-deficiency anemia) and a few others helped me pack on a few pounds. I've just been given the all…

I'm going to try to change my diet in the next few weeks some more. To more of what I was eating before. It's also hard due to cost right now. Aside from that, if I'm too "obsessive" with my diet, I'm afraid that I get comments about having an ED which is hard to deal with.

The crazy walking is mostly due to walking being my sole form of transportation.
-
the past few days have been empty because I've been away to a wedding for the weekend, but generally if I eat it, it's there. I'm also trying to up my protein, slowly. I just wish it were cheaper. :/
-
Both of those levels were recently checked. And I honestly wouldn't notice my abdomen being swollen with my stomach being as large as it is.
-
I measure when I can. Sometimes it's not possible though.
-
nothing aside from birth control pills
-
I weighed 146lbs in that picture. I'm currently at 173lbs sadly. That pic was taken in december.
-
Yep. they checked multiple different thyroid levels.
-
I've never tried low carb per say. But I try not to over eat breads, and I don't really eat pasta. I love fruit though.
-
I was probably eating closer to 1300 at that point. I upped it a bit because living at home now, 1300 is too low with the type of food there is to eat here.
-
If I'm pregnant, it'd be immaculate conception. lol and I generally try to aim for 1400-1500.
-
I've seen my doctor. They've tested my blood levels. Only thing the doc said to me was move more and eat even less.
