Personally, I don't care if people remark on how much I've lost because I'm more than willing to share how I did it. If I can help them do the same, then it's all worth it. I don't make a point on commenting about someone who others call "fat" or anything like that. I've been there and I know it hurts. I don't want to do…

I've done the 30DS and it can be intense. Day 1 and 2 are killer. Especially if you're not used to it. I'm not sure if I'd recommend this one if you're having abdominal issues. Turbo Jam (I do turbofire) can be intense, but I suppose that you can tone it down and not put 100% effort into it.

that would be amazing! I love turbofire and the shred! :D

I've lost a lot of weight and it has definitely helped my confidence. But confidence isn't just about what you look like. If you want to lose weight to help, you also need to focus on other issues you might have and work on those as well. Feel free to add me if you'd like. :) I'd be happy to help motivate you.

I've done a bit of strength training, but find it hard to keep up while in school (especially near end of semester where even sleep becomes a luxury). I have weights and I don't mind doing it, but I have issues knowing what exactly to do.

240 was the highest that I know about. (I'm 5'4)

I wish I could get into running. It's hard in an area where the weather is so varied.

While it can suck to know that you've had a bad day, accept it and move on. You've made the decision to move on with your life and make yourself healthier. One day will not change the work that you have done and that you will do. Just try to keep cheat days to a minimum and all should go well. :)

I'm 5'4 and I suppose I am more pear-shaped than anything else. I have larger hips and thighs and a small waist.

If you're able, I'd suggest walking as a lighter exercise and monitor your calorie intake. Because you said that you have high blood pressure, you'll need to keep that in mind. Also, generally speaking you only need to consume an extra 300 calories a day in order to have a healthy baby.

I'm actually rather interested in this. I'm a little confused by the explanation, but I definitely need something to keep me going.

I find I do tend to not want to eat at first because I'm upset, but then it does turn into me wanting to eat anything. I haven't managed to find anything that works as a distraction yet though.

I really don't like my arms (so much extra skin) and my midsection which also has a lot of extra skin and some fat that makes me look larger than I am.

Hello! to answer your question, I lost my weight mostly through calorie counting and in watching what I was eating. I also started added in some exercise. I didn't use any formal programs or systems. I did it the old fashioned way.
