I'm half way through the dvd already and am on my 15th day, I only measured my waist in the beginning! Anyways here were my starting stats: Height - 5'5 1/2 ft Waist - 31 in Weight - 140lbs Current stats: Height 5'5 1/2 ft Waist - 29 in Weight - 133lbs just started level two 3 days ago, 15 more days to go!
