  • Mine starting hurting when I did more strenuous workouts. I took about a week off and it went away. I got a knee brace and wear it while I workout, and then I put ice and heat on it in the evenings before I go to bed. I also take an Aleve =)
  • I LOVE Baked potato with cottage cheese Even if you're not a cottage cheese fan, try it. I PROMISE you will like it. I can't explain it, just try it. My friend actually started putting a little bit of salsa on it too just to give it a little move flavor. If you use fat free cottage cheese it's super healthy!
