sounds so familiar, almost same story, literally (PCOs, fam all that) . I am 5'5 weigh 192 (used to weigh 212 not so long ago). Every Friday is Breakfast day at work, I agree its so hard so I've made it my only day of the week to eat Bagels but I try do as much as I can to still be good so I eat half of a bagel and split it w/ a coworker with a small cup of OJ and fruits.

Diet Soda is not always good for you either sometimes depending on the soda, regular soda will be better. Using mfp we should know or we are exposed that its not all about the calories its about sodium, sugars, cholesterol...
