I am 5'6 and 140 pounds currently, and that is too heavy for me. I looked my best at 125 to 127 so I would like to get back to that point.

30 pounds first semester freshman year of college, and eating badly after that....

I did insanity last summer and I was eating 1700 to 1900 calories. I lost about a pound a week for the most part. I made sure that my protein levels were really high, and I tried to keep fiber high and sugars low. Hope this helps

If this helps, my nutritionist told me to get 6 ounces of grains, 2.5 cups of vegetables, 2 cups of fruits, 3 cups of dairy, and 5.5 ounces of protein with a max intake of 2000 calories. I am 5'6 and 140 lbs.
