I work the night shift at a preschool. I use my 30 min break to go outside and walk/jog on the playground for 20 minutes, I've also walked up and down the hallway when it get's too cold or hot. I couldn't live without my crock pot! lol I cook soooooooo much in it. Makes my life easier working the night shift. Just throw whatever i feel like in there when i get home, and i have a nice hot meal to eat when i get up!

I take several supplements by Standard Process. I log them under a recipe named "daily". You can only get them from a doctor, I get mine from my chiropractor. It's all natural ingredients. Other than those i take Vit A (cuz i'm a night shift worker so i don't see much of the sun) and a low dose Aspirin.

I actually GAINED inches when i used this product. The lady says that you're suppose to drink half your weight in water before you use a wrap. Which I hadn't because i had just woken up before going to the "party" Which leads me to believe that it's just water weight that you lose lol I didn't sign up to get more wraps.
