My friend has a motivational group for march, we have daily, monthly, and weekly challenges. Everyone is super nice and there's a lot of love and support in the group. I believe in you girl you will do this and we're all behind you :-) join the group you'll meet lots of nice ppl on there :-)

Faux Strawberry Cheese Cake: 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese 2 big sliced strawberries A packet of splenda I swear it tastes just like cheese cake with strawberries on it. Mmmmmmmmmm!

I slice up ripe strawberries and a packet of splenda and it tastes just like strawberry cheese cake, but I'm gonna try it with cocoa next time since some one wrote about cocoa in ricottasounds awesome. Great ideas everyone :-)

Eggs are super great. Get a cylinder of quick cooking oatmeal and add fruit, splenda, or cinnamon. Super cheap. Canned beans. Canned tuna. Rice cakes. Fresh veggies. Add me if you ever need someone to chat with :-)
