  • I'm currently nursing a 5.5 month old (my second; no solids yet). In order for me to lose I eat between 1800-2000 a day. I workout 5 days a week, burning about 300-500 calories per-session. I know it's hard and at a certain point (as others have pointed out) you lose VERY slowly, but that's the best way. With my first I…
  • I agree with all the above advice. I'm also a nursing Mom; My son is 5 months old. With my first I didn't eat enough calories and it compromised my milk supply. I suggest you EAT the extra food (healthy options) your body needs to make quality milk for your sweet baby. Feel free to add me! Keep up the good work!
  • I have it on my Nano but I'm actually having serious issues with it. The only times I've used it it has been way off with my pace and distance. Do you have suggestions on how to get it to be more accurate? If so, I would love to follow you on it.

I have small windows of time when he's napping to get stuff done...sometimes working out just gets pushed to the back. Sometimes I try…
  • I'm a nursing Mummy- trying very hard to find the balance of losing the pregnancy weight, but also keeping my milk supply up. I find it very difficult, especially because my son has a dairy intolerance so I can't eat much dairy- maybe once a week and can pump/dump. So, I find it difficult to get in good fats. I tend to do…
  • I had the same problem. I do: one scoop protein tablespoon of peanut butter (not too much, but to taste), 1/2 tablespoon of unsweetened coco powder banana. 8oz of water and a splash of soy milk (mix until you get the consistency that you want). I'm a non-dairy vegetarian, thus the extra protein via peanut butter and soy…
  • CONGRATS!!!!! Soooo Awesome!!!
  • I have Insanity and I LOVE IT !! Currently I'm training for a Tough Mudder so I'm not doing the 60 day workout in order; however I do Insanity workout as a part of my training and I feel that the workouts have made me a better athlete. Good Luck and keep us posted on how it goes.
