Ah just made a much needed trip to Target. I wanted to get the kids' Easter basket goodies pretty much taken care of. This weekend my husband went up to the attic to get my 2 year old's baby clothes for this little guy (Wade). Well, the only clothes up there my daughters' clothes! I did end up donating ALL of my son's baby…

Been thinking about you! Please keep us posted and let us know how your appointment goes today. I was in the same position as you on Friday (3cm, 50% effaced) but my doctor still scheduled me out a week. So I won't get checked again until Friday if I make it that long.

Hey Lynn! Thanks for asking about my ankle. I miss walking quite a bit and still have been unable to get back at it. My ankle is still messed up and I will be getting an xray after this little guy is born. The extra weight I am adding to it now is also not helping matters. I hope you enjoy your class tonight. My husband…

Sheri ~ Yeah I thought it was about time I added my name! I am one of those people that has no bleeding prior to labor. My water only broke with my third putting me into fast and furious labor. My first labor was under 5 hours. My second was 4 hours and my third labor (the one where my water broke) was only 3 hours. So I…

Thanks Annabelle!

Thank you Lynn and sthorp1179! Your words are touching and I truly appreciate them. I absolutely love pregnancy and I love my time in the hospital right after the baby is born. My labors are fast but each one gets quicker and more intense. I am hoping my water doesn't break the way it did the last time around.

I have officially decided I want this baby to stay in! Labor is getting too real. Sometimes I wonder if it would be better to know exactly when it is coming. I'll take all the prayers I can get. I broke down in tears this morning with my husband. I just want it over with (labor that is).

Hello ladies! Hoping to be on here with you really soon! I was 3cm dilated and 50% effaced on Friday. I have definitely been feeling him move into my pelvic area which is never comfortable for me. I haven't had any contractions really so I won't be surprised if he decides to stay comfy cozy for another two weeks.

I am looking forward to joining you guys soon! Enjoy your little ones. Sheri ~ Sounds like you had a great birth albeit a difficult journey getting there. Not sure if it matters much but the topic has 2010 instead of 2011. I am sure people will still be able to find us if they want to. Have a great rest of your weekends!

Julie ~ my prayers are with you during this difficult time. I am so very sorry for your loss and cannot even begin to imagine what a hard time this is for you and your family.

Congratulations on your beautiful baby girl!

This one was right for 3 out of 4 of my children.

Oh wow! That is great! Glad their screw up ended up as a positive for you. I would scare myself if I tried on a swimsuit right now. :noway:

This chart has been right for me with all FOUR of my children. Not all "chinese charts" are the same. One site has a chart and then you look at another one and it is completely different. So it really depends on which one you look at. But again the one below was right for each and every one. I believe they are fun to look…

I absolutely recommend P90 (not P90X) or Slim in 6 to help in those areas. I am more of a P90 fan but both have done wonders for me in the past. I love looking back at photos and watching them progressively go away with these programs.

Ah, just finished crocheting the baby's blanket after a very lazy day of just focusing on it. Feels good to have it finished. I really liked the pattern I used and wish I had another baby to crochet one for.

I just wanted to say that I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. To those of you having a shower this weekend, I hope they are wonderful. I ended up choosing not to walk yesterday. I know deep down it would have messed up the ankle again. Today I plan on finishing up the baby's blanket! Now I will need to find a new…

First of all, don't get too down on yourself. I nursed my kids and I always stored fat like a chipmunk stores nuts. So I am not sure if you are nursing. I have done P90X in the past but I recommend P90 for weight loss. There is a board on here somewhere for new moms. I will try to find that for you.

Alright, just got home from my appointment and I gained 4 lbs in two weeks. All the exercise talk on this board has me yearning to walk again. So I am going to try to walk 2 miles right now on the treadmill with my air cast on. If my ankle doesn't give me too much trouble I will go for 3 miles.

My mom is a fraternal twin and no twins for me. Your husband's side doesn't affect your chances of conceiving twins as littlespy said.

I never lost my mucus plug with my first or third. With my second I did and I didn't have her until two weeks or so later.

I get to face the music tomorrow.

Thanks!

Thanks for the reminder. I have been wanting to check this out and keep forgetting. Is it on in the mornings?
-
Now this makes me want to cry. I so wish I could be exercising still and do this with you all. My ankle is not cooperating though and it makes me sick.
-
Hang in there! You are doing just fine. As I have mentioned before my doctor is awful in handling weight issues. Hence his red circles when he feels you have gained too much. My first pregnancy I cried after almost each appointment since I usually got a red circle. Now that this is my fourth I couldn't really care less…

Thank you!

It is a weird feeling. This baby is by far the most active of all of mine. He never seems to stop moving. Either it is hiccups or the stretching. That movement across my tummy from one side to the other sometimes is uncomfortable. I have to say I though, I know for a fact I will miss it when he is here. We are naming him…

So happy for you! It is a wonderful experience.

That is the cutest playmat ever! I love it. I let my sister in law borrow our playmat. Unfortunately I don't believe she understands the concept of "borrow." I asked for it back and she said all the hanging animals became play toys and were taken off the mat and she had no idea where most of them ended up. I should have…
