How many calories to you burn doing Slim in 6 ~ Ramp it up?
Just curious to see how many calories others are burning when doing Slim in 6, the ramp it up dvd. My HRM said I burned 338 calories today and that seems a little low to me considering it is 47 minutes and my HR stayed up. Thanks in advance!

Should I have P90X recovery drink OR a whey protein shake?
I need help! I am just curious as to which one I should purchase and use. I enjoy both but am concerned about the high sugar content in the recovery drink (36g).
