Just wanted to pop in and say hello. It has been quite awhile since doing so. Been trying to stay away from alcohol durning the week. Welcome to May!

I would love to join if you are still accepting people.

I have been an avid user of their programs for 12+ years. Cannot go wrong with BeachBody. Currently I am doing Slim in 6.

Every time I cut 10" off to donate I regret it (especially this time with all the layering she did to give me a "style"). But my hair is super long before I cut it (down to my behind). I just chopped another 10" off last Sunday for the fourth time. My hair is still long to some people (past my bra strap) but not to me. At…

I would start with P90 (not p90X) or Slim in 6. I have done many beachbody programs several times over the past 12 years including p90X. My favorites are the two I mentioned and my husband enjoys them as well. Even though Slim in 6 is a woman trainer it is a great program for men and women. I have four young kids and am…

"no offense, but . . ."

Completely agree with the "not a problem" response. Very irritating.

Mmmm cannot wait to see some of these!

Weren't you the OP asking where all the "nice girls" are?

Good things take time. And it is time for us to start tapping into our resources.

Completely agree.

That goes both ways! Guys love the chase too and in my opinion they like it quite a bit more than the women do. But in reality no one can "change" anyone.
-
Oh boy and I thought you two were my friends
-
Me too :)

Please. And you won't share a picture. Laughable. Yes this was cloud2011 post that I am referring to that was deleted.

Sorry to see so much hatred. Obviously a lot of people with too much time on their hands. Move on and stop feeding fuel to the fire.

Definitely did the right thing! So wonderful of you to help this person out in a time of need. You talking to him and interacting with him is probably the best gift of all!

Elwood: What kind of music do you usually have here? Claire: Oh, we got both kinds. We got country *and* western. Elwood: It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. Jake: Hit it. Blues Brothers

Have to agree. Sometimes I realized it was just having something in my hand. I have been smoke free for over two years now and I quit cold turkey. I like to think of all the money I have saved. I also agree with writing down positive feelings you are having every day you are smoke free. Congratulations on making the first…

"Heaven is for Real" a story of a three year old who went to heaven and met Jesus. Definitely a moving and thought provoking book. Usually am a big fan of Dean Koontz but haven't read any of his lately.

Maybe this will be my year to be back in a swim suit. If so a tan and a new Chicago Bears swimsuit!

You all look terrific! Excellent work! You should all be proud!

I really like Aunt Millie's Light Whole Grain bread. Each slice is only 35 calories and 1 gram of fat!
-
Yum yum yum! This sounds great! Thanks for sharing.

I have the same HRM and I would say the calories burned sound about right to me. Currently I am 148.4 lbs and I generally burn about 170 calories doing 38 minutes of P90 strength and 280 calories doing 45 minutes of cardio. My heart rate is usually in the zone too. What is your heart rate zone to be while exercising…
