They are wayy off on some of those numbers. I mean I am 5 feet tall and they say I should weigh 100 pounds. I would look sick if I was that low. That would give me a BMI of 19.5 which is too close to being unhealthy. So I wouldnt follow some of those numbers especially if your short or have natural curves (which most women…

Hello and good luck! Your lucky to be catching yourself so early in the game. My advice...drink LOTS of water. What is great about your case is once you drop soda out of your diet you will immediately see results. Have fun :D

I always try to stay away from pasta. It was always hard to measure and once I dropped it out of my diet things became a littler easier.

I have an annoying hour glass shape. Big bust and wide hips. I lost a lot of inches in my waist (go figure) but nothing in my bust and maybe one inch in my thighs/hip area. I think we all just have to accept our body type and go from there...

i believe i do too, Its the whole eating calories, counting calories, looking in the mirror every five seconds kinda deal. I always feel guilty after i eat too. I kinda felt like it was normal though If i was on a diet. :ohwell:

i really do not think it matters. if you plan on working out in the morning make sure u at least get 8 hours of sleep.

i haven't been really watching that too much. I just try to eat healthy with what i have. I do stay within my allotted calories though

Defiantly not. I am only trying to loose about seven more pounds. So its a slow process about one pound every two weeks. But measuring myself every week shows results better.

You should talk to people about this. Eating more will help you have more energy to work out and be toned. Toning will really help you gain that confidence.
