I'm 5'4...kinda had a few months off, now trying to start back up again. Went from 143 to 127. My pics around 128-130. Currently at 133. Looking to lose 15 more lbs.

I eat it by itself or with crackers...Never tried it with eggs before. May have to try it now. =)

If I know I'll be going to the movies, I usually sneak in a bottled water (usually up to $5 at the movies...ridiculous!), cut up some apples, peeled oranges, almonds, or crackers with those triangle laughing cow cheese. Saves me money and the guilt of eating more than expected. Good luck! =)

Agreed! Wearing two sports bra has helped me tremendously! I found running/jogging was painful and too uncomfortable with only one bra. Get as much support you need there! Less movement the better!

I usually work 6:30p-7a. I eat dinner right before my shift starts so that I am not too hungry by the time midnight rolls around. Once I take my break, I log my meal as breakfast since it is after midnight and the start of a new day. I usually have a salad or soup and have fruit snacks, cheese, yogurt, etc as snacks…

I just moved to Houston. I've been here before so I definitely know the types of food here. We'll see how this goes....luckily I'm trying to save $$ so the eating out won't be as much! =D

I definitely know your situation. I am nurse and work 12-hr shifts. I just started working nights. I usually don't workout on days that I work. Being on my feet for the entire day is tiring, not to mention the lifting of patients. That to me is like a workout. I did find it easier to work nights, I'd come home and go…
