  • Great suggestion to look at the sodium. It makes a big difference, besides; it is hard on the liver and kidneys. I agree, DON'T QUIT!! Discouragement is the greatest weapon used to defeat us.   • I have started just putting a tiny bit of lite Olive Oil. The fat free have too much sugar in them for me, so I have to be creative. There are several different flavors of Olive Oil and it seems to bring out the flavor of the vegetables rather than covering the vegetable flavor up with something else.
