All the "Fats" from avocados are healthy, and much needed fats. As for eat one whole, sure thing I do that all the time when I have one. imagine egg whites (150 cals max) with spinach (50 cal max) with one whole avocado (350 cals). Eat less, but get more. Having one avocado per day tastes better then 2 tbsp of EVOO.

Me personally have had chicken that was in my frig for a week after cooking. If you really don't want it then don't eat it. But if you do want to ingest it, microwave that bird on high.
