  • Started level 2 last night. I actually like it way more. Find it more challenging, yet easier on my sore joints. Down 5 inches :) So excited about that!
  • What do you do when you are way under though? Do you eat extra? Today even before my 780 extra calories I am 500 under what I have been given. Should I eat something else? Even some fruit or veggies?
