I agree with several comments here and I suggest that you try it and most importantly have FUN! I teach it and love it! One suggestion is to go to the front of the class so that you can see the way the instructor moves up close. It's like a adult game of follow the leader while burninng tons of calories!

I did that beast called an elliptical for 1 hr this am and will teach a 1 hr Zumba class this eve. Oh yeah! Loving it and feeling awesome!

It took me sometime, but now I'm addicted to working out! If I don't workout daily it drives me crazy! I prefer an early morning workout because it makes may day go by so much better! Get addicted its a good reason to be hooked!

I teach it and I LOVE it! Water bottle is a great choice! Wear comfy shoes and clothes and don't be afraid to go to the frint of the class so that you can really see the instructor and have fun fun fun! Zumba love!

The 1st lady was on the Biggest Loser last season and she said something that made so much sense to me "If you do it right 90% of the time the other 10% doesn't matter. It was one day...a holiday known for relaxing, cooking out and hanging with friends and family. We enjoyed the day now it's time to get back to business!

I like chick fil a also. Try Zaxby's they have a good grilled chicken sandwich...but request it without the butter on the roll or opt to eat half of the roll. Jack in the box has a grilled chicken pita that's yummy as well.

I totally agree. That is why my diary is private. You don't need to see what I eat, to see my progress. I think it's called a DIARY for a reason. And if you wanna know how I've been sucsessful ask and I'll tell you. What works for some may not work for others. Including what people eat daily.
