Progress, not perfection! :-) Those days dont' bother me as much as the weeks where I am totally on my goals for excercise and calories and I gain. I just want to throw the scale off the balcony. Hang in there...it's worth it.

Hang in there! Once you see some good results your mood will perk up. Also, try eating low calorie, bulky foods and drink a lot of fluids. That helps me not want to rip someone's face off :-)

I've had one person (a stranger) in the restroom tell me that she lost 40 pounds using the product. Does the guy who invented it know his *kitten* from a hole in the ground? Who knows? But it works for some people obviously or he's paying people to say it works. Maybe it's something scientific, or maybe it's placebo…

That's great! I don't drink too many carbonated drinks, either (except beer ;-). After you get used to not drinking them, they taste too syrupy and kinda icky..regardless of they are diet or not. I try to stick to tea, coffee, water, and crystal light (or other sugar free drink mixes).
