  • It is nice to know that I'm not the only one out there who thinks like this. When my husband goes away on guard weekends I always spend my week thinking of all the yummy foods I can have while he is away.
  • I love garlic mashed cauliflower. Steam cauliflower and garlic together then put in a food processor add a little skim milk and parmesan cheese. Yum!

  • I LOVE bread. I buy Sara Lee 45 calorie whole wheat.
  • Planet Fitness just opened in my town (Grand Forks) on Wednesday. My first work out went really well. That night I was watching the news and they did a thing about PF's opening. My big butt was in the shot!! All I could think was do I really look like that! What a motivator. I like the 12 min abs section.
