Yep... me too. I joke that losing weight has broken my thermostat. :#

I have a weird little hobby. I feed it to my pet worms! Their castings feed my vegetable patch. I eat the veggies. Nature at its best!

I personally think that we spend too much time obsessing about the numbers when we really know what to do. Lately I have been focussing, not on numbers, but on behaving in a way that will bring success. I choose to focus on eating as much real, whole food as possible and keep in a reasonable calorie limit. If I do that I…

My top five foods to not eat - Cat food Dog food Chicken food Snake food Frog food (this one is especially bad if eaten after 10pm)

What is wrong with that approach you have been using? Your ticker says you have lost 20lbs which is awesome. TDEE -25% seems a little drastic. If it is below your BMR you probably should reconsider. Slow and steady wins the race! Good luck.

I don't know or care what Shakeology is but I still know the answer. It will work if it involves a calorie deficit and is sustainable over the long term as a lifestyle change. Simple!

I would move away from the idea of needing to be perfect. Yes you need to eat at a deficit over the long term. However, the occasional treat will not change that. You might like to try cutting back your daily calories so that you can have a treat day once a week. Then you can have your weight loss and pancakes too!

You need to eat food...

TDEE + 10% would be a good place to start. Just make sure you do not over/underestimate exercise when calculating your TDEE. If you are eating under your TDEE you should loose weight not gain weight.

Hey there. Being a parent is tricky isn't it! Some suggestions from another mum. - Do not mention the word fat, heavy or diet. If you talk about the situation with her at all mention health. - Make healthy changes a family thing like going to the park or not having certain foods in the house. This will let her know it is…

Eggs and rice together are delicious. If you like runny yolk mix the egg through the rice and eat. Yummmmmm!

I can think of a few reasons. Hormonal fluctuations, pregnancy :flowerforyou: or some sicknesses. Diabetes in particular can cause excess thirst. If it is abnormal you probably need to see a doctor it it doesn't settle down. Probs just hormones!

Try fruit...Maybe you could try juicing your fav fruit. You could even freeze it into an iceblock. the natural sugars in the fruit might do it for you and at least it comes with vitamins unlike a cupcake!

I would suggest that you use the website how it best suits you. If looking at other people's diaries upsets you... don't. I tend not to. The only person my diary is open to is my 13 year old daughter. This is so I can monitor her intake and make sure she is eating enough food and not starving herself. I have no desire to…

How long has it been since you changed your diet? It can sometimes take a while for your body to catch up with more fibre in your diet. I'd suggest lots of water and some time!
