I completed P90X, it's great. I'm currently doing Insanity to switch it up. I just saw the infomercial for P90X2 last night. I think I will order that for when I finish Insanity. Good luck. Keep pressing play!

I completed p90x and I'm currently doing Insanity (3 weeks in). I can say that with p90x I didn't notice a huge difference after the first month but I noticed a huge difference after month 2 and 3. Just keep it up and don't get discouraged. If you haven't already, it helps to take your measurements and pictures every month…

I don't have that exact schedule but I get out of work around 3 am. I workout when I get off work. I just try to keep a normal eating schedule according to my hours. Also I try not to eat within 3 hours of going to sleep. It takes a while to adjust but you will get used to it. Good luck!

I did the same thing for so long. You just need to set your mind to it and go for it. When you get motivated just do it. Don't wait for anything. I find that if I say I'll workout after I go to the store, then when I get back, I'm too lazy. Once you get started and get into a routine it becomes easier. Good luck with your…

It is a tough routine, but if you give it your all the results are well worth it. One of the things I did was tell everyone I know that I was starting it, that way they would hold me accountable.
