When I have a long hard run or ride I often don't feel like eating too much that day, stomach just doesn't really feel like taking in too much food. But I do tend to eat more the next day.

This is one of my goals this year too. Due to weather last year I got to 70, even though I did 80 on a training ride. This year I'll get my century. AND I have some goals that I want to cut some time off of some of my ascents on the bike. My goal this year is to be LIGHTER, FASTER, STRONGER!

Mine is 130. I got done to 123 about 4 years ago and slowly crept back up becaue the grilled chicken/steamed broccoli diet I did to get there wasn't really the life I wanted to live.

I rode 2015 miles in 2011. Up from 760 in 2010. Can't wait to see what I do in 2012!
