I myself work totally off of guilt. If I have to log it where others can see it, I stay motivated to eat right . Find some one who you trust and care about and would never lie to. Have them look at your MFP for the week and guarantee you will Se changes.

lol the grocery store can be a blessing and a curse! I am trying to get down to 155lbs I am currently at 178 so I have a ways to go. But, if you want you can add me and we can help each other out.

Heck yeah I completely understand . I am in a fitness contest at my job and I am working my booty off to win! Lol I run a lot and when the baby lets me I hit the gym. So add me if you want that would be cool.

I had the same problem myself. I could not get past 175 for anything then i realized i wasn't taking in enough calories for my workouts and my normal everyday routine. My body was storing fat rather than burning it. I worked out twice a day to. Everybody's body is diffrent so just droping calories may not work. You need to…
