Stay within the calories you are allotted and don't eat back your exercise calories...hungry in between meals...drink water.

#1 may be on the heavy side but she is also what most of the females in the world look like and #6 is just plain anorexic.

If you were to ask at the gym, they could tell that muscle weights more per volume than fat...so you may be lose inches but might gain some weight.
