I do a Churro overnight because I love cinnimon...just add to your taste the cinnimon, vanilla extract, and sweetner of your choice to your yogurt, milk, and oats.

You're only 28 meaning that there is a lot of elasticity still in your makeup. Most of you should go back into shape. The older you get the less it will return to normal. Good luck.

You can put it in the fridge if you would feel safer but the I haven't ever had a problem with leaving it on the counter. The bacteria in yogurt keeps it safe.

Love oatmeal...1/2 old fashioned oats has 5 grams of protein to keep a body going. I do the overnight method with no cooking involved. 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup milk 3 oz Dannon fit &light banana cream 2 tbls PB2 mix, cover, set on counter overnight. Stir eat. I eat at room temperature but can be heated up. Yum Yum

I keep mine down for the high blood pressure problem and it tends to make me retain excess fluid. Without the problems I wouldn't go over in the requirement.

The 136 calories is because you put something in under exercise...there wouldn't be any added if nothing was added there.

I can't see reducing fiber as it is helpful in losing. You need to take a look at where the sugar is coming from...natural sugars from fruits aren't what you have to worry about...it's the food that has sugar as an additive that should be cut.

Don't wait until the next Monday to start over...continue on from where you are...check to to see where what you ate put you and figure it into your calories.

15 pounds in four weeks is great. Can I suggest you look a smaller increments than 99 pounds...I do ten at a time. I would rather reach a goal and set another than to say...I've got 50 pounds to lose. When I reach 10 I will go for another ten knowing I have already succeeded with the first....Down 18, 2 to my next goal.

Are you taking measurements? As the gym may be adding muscle as well as burning calories but muscle weights more than fat. It sounds like you are losing fat and gaining muscle.
-
You should measure dry weight as cooked measurements can vary according to how you could your pasta...soft, aldente, etc....having a vary amound to water weight.
