Yayyy! I didn't think I was gonna make it yesterday, but I did a marathon biking session of 17 miles to round it out to 200!! Feelin' great.

I am almost there! 30 more to go! I had originally hoped to top my last 2 months but I don't think I will get past 200. Still, 200 is great!! Lovin' the bike! My stamina is increasing too!

I pair exercise with something I like. Biked another 10 this morning! I gotta up to 12 miles a day if I want to make it to 250 though.

I am a little behind where I would like to be at this point, need to make sure I get to the gym every day. 50 miles so far! Worried I am not going to make my goal though.

Truth, I noticed I gain anywhere from 1-3 lbs every for that week, so i have just stopped weighing myself around then because it is hard not to get discouraged, even if you know it is only temporary.

I still eat when I am stressed, but I have realized that for me it is more about the eating itself than the food. Now that I have figured that out, I just make sure that I have huge bags of baby carrots, nuts, veggies, eggs, chicken, whatever on hand so that I can still stress eat, but with healthy foods. 10 more tonight! Tomorrow might be my day off, I am so close though! 185 miles so far! I even took the stairs back to my apartment after gym time, and I live on the 10th floor. I just wish my weight was reflecting my progress this week. I think I may have plateaued.

Bump. Currently I am reading more academic articles for school than I had ever hoped to read. However, I do get to read on the bike, on my kindle. It is much easier to read during workouts. Just finished Water of elephants, and now I am reading City of Bones. I read all the hunger games over the holidays, so addicting! :)
