I have a bad sweet tooth. So, my snack is usually a fruit sometime throughout the day and a pure protein bar. I love grapes and apples with peanut butter!

I used to work at Bob Evans as a waiter so I had the same problem. I just ordered the salmon and got two sides of broccoli, it filled me up. Omelets are not "bad" for you, you just have to fill them with the correct things. :wink:

I am still on week 1; I just have one day of week one left. I did it on the treadmill, week 1 that is, but when I did it on the side walk, boy was it hard. So, I am redoing the program OUTSIDE, yes people I said OUTSIDE!

I will be on week 3 day 3 this Friday. I have been doing it outside and usually I speed walk/jog on the treadmill, it is extremely hard to do it outside! My advice is (even though I just started) just keep going and do not stop.

It is not impossible to burn 2000 calories. I walk on the treadmill at a pace of 4.5 and going by its HRM I burn 512 calories in 30 minutes. i still would not eat all that though, that is just me though. Ugh.. I just need a spoon and a jar of peanut butter. I have the high calorie peanut butter; it has 180 calories per serving. I cannot seem to find a healthy alternative.

I bought WoW when it first came out and after so many expansions I lost interest. In my opinion ( used to love doing 40man raids) the game is not what it used to be. Yes, I had a problem, but I dropped it like fire once they started to mess with it. Also, For The HORDE! :smokin:

I would like to thank everyone for their helpful replies. I could not find The New Rules of Lifting: Six Basic Moves for Maximum Muscle at my local library sadly; so I bought it off Amazon.
