I am new to MFP too. Glad to see this thread for 50 plus women. I am trying to make this whole process uncomplicated so for my December goal I will use my recumbent bike for 30 minutes 3 times for the remaining weeks in December. :smile:

I do much better in this area when I take a magnesium supplement, I take it at night with my calcium. It helps me sleep better too.
