I tried it about 3 years ago. It was AWFUL!! I was always hungry, the food tasted terrible and they kept sending me the wrong meals. I did lose about 20lbs on it... then gained it all back within 3 months of being off it. Its a quick fix, but doesnt lead towards long term weight maintenance.

You dont necessarily have to get up earlier (if youre not a morning person). I make mine the night before. If you dont have refrigeration then that might be a little bit of a problem. Stress absolutely makes a difference. I find that when I am in high stress times that I can work out an hour a day and still not see a difference in my weight.
