Thanks everyone for your advice and thoughts. Either or - I am feeling good and see a difference for the better. As far as hydroxycut - I'll stick with my vitamins and forgo this stuff.

That is what i dont understand. I am coming in at a 200 to 300 defecit daily with the included exercise. And I can see and feel my muscles have slightly built up. I definitely lost weight around my stomach 4 pack starting to show a bit. Pretty much that is where i want to lse it. So I assume the right combination 40 40 20…
