Anytime I have cut out sugar and was past the cravings... I thought I could eat a bit and it would be ok, because I wasn't craving it. That never worked for me. If I eat sugar after not having any, it's as good as months before I get the feeling to try again. Even dark chocolate can set me over the edge. My doctor's office…
