Hi, I'm starting a new eating plan tomorrow now that the weather is getting warmer. I will be replacing breakfast & lunch with protein smoothies. I will be using almond milk, fruits, veggies, chia or flax seeds. But I will also be eating small 100-150 calorie snacks in between. I plan on cooking a healthy dinner too.

Hi Everyone! I am new here. I have been trying to get these last 30 pounds off and I am determined to do it. I have done Weight Watchers before but now I am trying to do ot by just counting calories. I am ready to get this weight off.
