Sorry if that came across the wrong way... I meant when I do eat seafood it's mostly just salmon and tuna... not really any other types of seafood.

I was underweight when I was younger and had to drink ensure, coconut waters, etc. to get rid of a heart murmur I had. However, I completely filled out once I hit puberty and the doctor has always said I'm completely healthy since.

Most of this feedback seems geared towards toning (which I totally agree with- I eat completely healthy so I doubt that's the problem). I'll take your advice and hit the gym with some strength training! Thank you, thank you, thank you

As long as what you're putting into it is not caffeinated... I like to drink herbal tea for that reason.

I do the same thing and have aaawful shin splints. I went to a running store where they watched me run on a treadmill and offered three different shoes... ended up going with a pair of Brooks. Don't forget to tape and ice your shins!

My diet is actually very carb heavy because of how much I work at dance... most of my diet is carbs then protein then low fat. Keeps me energized!!

If I do a heavy workout/a lot of dance then I'll eat about 200-300 calories more than I usually eat but I rarely ever eat back all of my calories.

Thigh gaps depend on your hips... if you have wide hips then thigh gaps will be easier to achieve (just by losing weight-- targeting one area is almost impossible). I'm 5'4 and 105 lbs and I don't have a big thigh gap because I have very narrow hips. Sorry to break it to you!
