Around 20 as well. I try not to take more than 20 out a week (unless I'm doing grocery shopping or something) so that I don't spend too much without thinking about it.

Ezekiel has the right balance of amino acids to provide a complete protein and is generally low fat, cholesterol, trans fat, sodium, etc. I also like the taste of it! The cinnamon raisin is so good.

I've tried Zumba classes and they really kicked my -ss and I'm a dancer!! I'd definitely try it out if you're curious. I'd recommend going to a class, it's super fun.

I love it! I always went with Equal which is terrible for you until I did a lot of research on the best sweeteners. I use the packets from Trader Joe's and it does taste a little weird but it does the trick and for 0 calories and only 2 g of carbs? I'm not complaining.

Yeah, most of my extra "flab" is stomach, thighs, and butt. I guess that would make sense but being vegan, it's pretty hard to stay away from starchy vegetables and carbs. Ugh. Thanks for the advice though, I'll keep it in mind... this really helped.
