We all have those moments. Don't be so hard on yourself. Have 1 or 2 chocolates ad give the rest away or freeze them. Just get them out of you arms reach!

I'm under at the moment but I've been looking at another piece of pie. I ran/walked a 5K this morning that gave me calories to spare.

I found this in Oxygen Magazine recently. Mock Frappuccino Makes 1 8 oz. Almond milk (I used unsweetened vanilla) 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (you can use chocolate to make a mocha) 1 packet instant decaf coffee (like Starbucks Via) Stevia, to taste ice Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

yeah. Losing slowly too. I have endometriosis which at times makes things a little harder but I've lost 25 lbs in a little over 6 months. I just look at any lost as progress toward the ultimate goal.

I drink about 12 oz each morning black with stevia, and have black tea later in the day if I want some caffeine. For me as much as I love coffee I find that if I drink to much I don't get enough water.
