Get a crockpot, add 4-5 chicken breasts, water, and seasoning. Let it cook for 6-8 hours and now you have meat for the whole week and you can do lots of things with shredded chicken from salads to enchiladas.

That's the thing, I'm on the lowest dose possible already.

First of all, i wouldn't have to go cold turkey if they were solid pills to break in half, but they're not so that's not an option. Although I am keen on the idea of empty the pills and counting the little dots. Although that sounds like a lot of work, and a lot of focus. Neither of which I think i could handle right now…

Unfortunately, the brain zaps are causing me not to sleep. I had to take 2mg of Melatonin last night to sleep. And I can't really sleep more since I already go to bed at 8:30pm and get up at 6:45am. That's plenty of sleep, sometimes too much.

... If only we all had your problem... Just because you take a rest day doesn't mean you have to decrease your cal intake. It is okay to eat regularly on rest days. One day will NOT deter your from your goals. I would bet my entire existence on it. Everyone needs a veg day, so just relax and veg out. You won't die, and you…

Perhaps you could try "weight lifting cardio" instead. Instead of doing "arm day" then "leg day". try doing a total body weight lifting routine, like barbell thrusters and burpees- google it if you're not familiar with these terms. I noticed significant results in about a month after switching from the typical 3-4 days…

It's quite obvious why you're not losing weight, and I just looked at Saturdays entry. You have creamer, Hershey syrup, brown sugar, tortillas, etc... All that stuff, all those processed carbs and sticking to your innards like there is no tomorrow, literally. Cut that **** out. It really has absolutely no nutritional value…

Ma-tour versus ma-chur (mature) Exspecially versus especially And this one drives me absolutely crazy: my mom pronounces the Grape juice maker as "Welsh" not "Welch"

I'm 5'9 145 pounds, my husband is 6'1 160. I call him Gumby. I have a bigger waist, chest, rib cage, thighs, calves, and wrist circumference than he does. The only thing he beats me on his biceps and butt, that's only because I have a very very flat small tiny little almost nonexistent butt. Even when I was deadlifting and…

First of all, damn all you people who have "cured PF". I was born with PF and 25 years later, two pairs of custom orthotics, countless visits the a podiatrist and ortho, pain pills, pain creams, hot baths, cold baths, stretching, stretching, stretching. Every. Single. Day. I stretch for at least ten minutes. That's…

First off, with an IT Band injury, you should have a foam roller, and you should use it at least twice per day for approx 5-10 minutes. I've tried acupuncture once, I too have IT band issues, although I feel the pain in my hip socket and my in butt cheek than actually down the side of my leg. Honestly, the acupuncture…

Makes 8-10 muffins. I got 9 out of it. And I didn't do a break down of the macros, just added up the calories. The total comes out to 1,560 calories for the entire batch according to the exact recipe above. (I used Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin, Bob's Almond flour/meal, Thrifty Bee honey, and All-Natural Almond butter.…

I call my husband Gumby. He's 6'3 and 160lbs. He's long and lanky and lean. He used to be a skater so he had muscle definition. Then we joined Crossfit, he gained 15 pounds. He's still skinny though and I still love him Before my husband I dated mostly skinny dudes- the "emo" type. I'm 5'9 145# so Ive always been "bigger"…

Sticky substances in between my fingers- like jam, or soda, or anything that can be sticky. I'm also afraid on sand on my body. and i hate the way salt water makes my hands feel. and my sister is TERRIFIED of aluminum foil.. yes I do still chase her around with foil from time to time.

I start and finish my Masters thesis in English next semester. I started grad school at 138 in aug 2010. It's dec 2012, I weigh 148. I joined crossfit in oct 2010 and quit in may of this year since I got married and moved and can't find a decent box around here. Yes, its hard to find time to workout. I work full time and…

My husband and I went to the same high school, he was a grade below me. We had mutual friends though we never actually spoke to one another. I knew him as that stoner skater kid, he knew me as hot meghan. We didn't meet until 3 years after I graduated HS and graduated college and moved home with my parents. We met at a HS…

I've been diagnosed with hydronephrosis. Meaning my right kidney has holes in it and doesn't work properly (in laymans terms). But I still eat clean and stay away from "cleanses". In fact my doc told me those cleanses can do more harm than good.

Why not wait until she comes out. Then you can decide what she looks like. My parents were set on naming me Mathew. (they thought I was a boy, according to the sono tech) then I came out with a vagina, so they changed my name to Meghan. Apparently the sonogram tech in 1988 wasn't as smart as she thought she was. (they…

My husband and I went casually shopping together. He knows im into the real vintage stuff from early 1900s, so he asked my family and his for rings but all were too small. Finally I told him If he intends on marrying me he should pick it out himself. We'd been together for two years and if he didn't know me well enough to…

i thought the same thing for a long time. i had blood work done and my levels were in the "normal" range for being a 23 year old college student. Then I got into CrossFit and started eating at least 2 eggs every. single. day. for breakfast. Sometimes I'd have one or two more throughout the day as a snack. (whole eggs, not…

I honestly don't know, but that's what Robb says in his book. He says some people eat SP, some dont. He also makes reference to peas. peas are technically legumes because they come in pods, but they're also way more green and nutritious than legumes in general. so it's ok by paleo standards to eat peas.
