  • Eating the cals you burned cancels out your exercise which leaves you at zero weight loss. If you want to maintain the weight you are at now that wouldn't be a problem. To lose weight you have to burn MORE calories than you consume. So, I wouldn't eat many of my exercise calories unless you are seriously working out and…
  • I am 5'1" and ideally my weight is 120; realistically, IMHO, it is 140. This is my first week using myfitnesspal.com and am hopeful that I will reach my goal by April 2012 =o)
